Terms of Usage

  1. No buying and selling of perishable goods, for examples, tomatoes and onions.
  2. All processed products must be certified and fit for consumption.
  3. When submitting a listing, ensure you post the right item/service with a proper description to avoid getting disapproved or banned from our platform, as we kick against all forms of odds.
  4. You must buy a new package after using the free package, or when you have posted products up to the number required for a package before your products would be approved.
  5. As a buyer, ensure you contact the owner of a product via the chat button available below each product or via phone calls to confirm the availability of the said item, and confirm whether it is available in the right quality and quantity you require before you make payment.
  6. As a buyer, ensure you read the product description, delivery and return policy of each item before you proceed to pay, as different sellers have different return and delivery policies for their products.
  7. As a seller, you must deliver the items according to your product description, delivery policy and agreement with the buyer to avoid your goods being rejected/returned.
  8. Payment for every item must be made through our payment gateway and not to anyone.
  9. Sellers would receive payment for their sold items from our payment gateway after delivering the items to the buyers.
  10. To be eligible for a return,
  11. There must be a bridge of agreement by the seller.
  12. Your item must be unused.
  13.  It must also be in the original packaging.
  14. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted!

  • A product that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery
  • Unsatisfied service from our end.
  • REFUNDS
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks.
  • Late or missing refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {admin@ladimoralsmart.com}.
  • Sale items
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
  • Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {admin@ladimoralsmart.com}
  • Avoid all forms of harassment.
  • You must not be found doing any fraudulent activity on the platform
